AP Beauty Bar – Studio Policies

To ensure the best experience for all our clients and to maintain our professional standards, please review our policies before booking:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Your appointment can be freely rescheduled or fully refunded.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes, without exception.

2. No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations

  • First Offense: If you cancel at the last minute (within 24 hours) or miss your appointment, a non-refundable $30 deposit will be required to secure your next visit.

  • Second Offense: If a last-minute cancellation or no-show occurs for a second time, a full penalty fee will be charged, and you may be restricted from future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

To ensure timely service for all guests, we reserve the right to shorten your service time or refuse service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. Full service fees will still apply.

4. Lash Refill Schedules

To keep your lashes looking their best, we offer refill pricing based on the time elapsed since your last appointment:

  • 1-Week Refill: Up to 1 weeks and 3 days.

  • 2-Week Refill: Up to 2 weeks and 3 days.

  • 3-Week Refill: From 2 weeks and 4 days up to 3 weeks and 3 days.

  • 4-Week Refill: From 3 weeks and 4 days up to 4 weeks and 3 days

  • Foreign Refills: If your current lashes were done at another salon, pricing starts at the 3-Week Refill rate and varies based on the selected lash style.

  • Note: Any appointment booked after 4 weeks or with less than 30% of extensions remaining will be charged as a Full Set.

5. Guarantee & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you experience any issues with your lashes within the first 72 hours, please contact us immediately for a complimentary touch-up.
