AP Beauty Bar – Studio Policies
To ensure the best experience for all our clients and to maintain our professional standards, please review our policies before booking:
1. Booking & Deposits
A $30 deposit is required for all first-time clients to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be credited toward your total service fee on the day of your visit.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you cancel/reschedule before the 24-hour window: Your deposit can be fully refunded or transferred to a future appointment.
If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice: The deposit will be forfeited to compensate for the lost time.
3. No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations
We value consistency. A one-time No-Show or two last-minute cancellations will require a new deposit to be paid for all future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to:
Refuse service for that session, or
Shorten your service time to fit within the remaining window, ensuring we do not overlap with the next client's appointment. Full service fees will still apply.
5. Lash Refill Schedules
To keep your lashes looking their best, we offer refill pricing based on the time elapsed since your last appointment:
2-Week Refill: Up to 2 weeks and 3 days.
3-Week Refill: From 2 weeks and 4 days up to 3 weeks and 3 days.
4-Week Refill: From 3 weeks and 4 days up to 4 weeks.
Note: Any appointment booked after 4 weeks or with less than 30% of extensions remaining will be charged as a Full Set.
6. Guarantee & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you experience any issues with your lashes within the first 72 hours, please contact us immediately for a complimentary touch-up.
